If a medical emergency exists or you think it is an emergency, call 911. Then call the office or answering service and inform the operator that it is an emergency they will contact one of Neurology Associates' doctors. If necessary, emergency visits can be arranged at the emergency room.

If you have a medical question to be answered, please feel free to call the office. However, for the doctor to leave a patient during an examination to answer every phone call would obviously be unfair to that patient. The office staff has been trained to answer most questions.

If they are unable to answer your question immediately, your chart will be reviewed and the answer will be relayed to you from the doctor.

If a medication is involved in the call, please have available the pharmacy's telephone number, the name & dosage of the medication, the dosage schedule, your response to the medicine, and the date of your last office visit
